The seminar will cover the first 8 exercises from a famous series called "The Eighteen Lohan Hands". More importantly, this course will teach you to

Prerequisite: The Eighteen Lohan Hands (Part 1)
This course is a continuation from the previous one. Grandmaster Wong will take students through the remaining 10 exercises. He will also help students to deepen the skills learned in Part 1 of the course. Learning all 18 exercises will give students a complete program for a lifetime of health, happiness, and vitality.
